About Mr Premjit Randhawa

Mr Premjit Randhawa is a Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon with specialist expertise in rhinology, nasal plastic surgery, sinus surgery and facial reanimation. He treats a wide range of adult and paediatric ENT conditions, with a particular focus on problems affecting the nose, sinuses and nasal airway.

After graduating from the University of Leicester, Mr Randhawa completed his higher surgical training in London’s North Thames region, gaining experience across several leading centres and training under internationally recognised nasal and sinus surgeons. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and holds a Master’s degree in Allergy from Imperial College London, awarded with distinction.

Mr Randhawa’s clinical practice covers the medical and surgical management of nasal and sinus conditions, including allergic rhinitis, hay fever, sinusitis, nasal blockage, deviated septum and complex sinus disease. He also has extensive experience in functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty, helping patients who wish to improve both breathing function and the appearance of the nose.

Alongside his ENT and rhinoplasty work, Mr Randhawa has specialist expertise in treating facial palsy and facial weakness. He offers both surgical and non-surgical options to support facial function, symmetry and confidence.

Mr Randhawa is actively involved in research, education and surgical training. He has published widely in peer-reviewed medical journals and regularly lectures and demonstrates surgical techniques on rhinoplasty and endoscopic sinus surgery courses attended by surgeons from around the world.

He is known for his evidence-based approach, clear communication and commitment to involving patients fully in decisions about their care. His aim is to provide safe, personalised treatment that addresses each patient’s medical needs, functional concerns and personal goals.

Mr Randhawa holds an MBChB from the University of Leicester, FRCS in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, and an MSc in Allergy from Imperial College London. His professional memberships include the Royal College of Surgeons of England, ENT UK, the British Rhinological Society, the British Society of Facial Plastic Surgery, the European Rhinological Society and the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery.
